Diarmuid o' NeillDiarmuid O’Neill

Head of International Corporate Banking

Member of the executive management team of AIB Corporate Banking

 

Diarmuid is a Chartered Accountant, an Accounting graduate from University College Cork, and a graduate of Harvard Business School. He has served on the councils of the Ireland Japan Association, Ireland China Association and the Ireland Canada Business Association. He began his career in BDO Simpson Xavier working in their Corporate Recovery and Business Assurance & Advisory divisions. He joined AIB in 2001 as a relationship manager working with Telecoms, International Media, Consumer Products, Software and globally trading businesses.

Mick joined AIB in 1989 and has worked in a number of areas in AIB including the Retail and Capital Market Divisions. He has gained extensive global banking experience and knowledge. He has worked with large domestic and international companies across all the major sectors, on a wide variety of structures ranging from relationship to transactional. Mick is a qualified Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA).

John joined AIB in 2005 after working for several years as a tax consultant with KPMG. John has worked on a number of teams gaining valuable experience across a wide industry spectrum with a specific focus on multinational companies. John has a Bachelor of Commerce degree and has qualified as both a Chartered Accountant (ACA) and Tax Advisor (AITI).

Alan joined AIB in 2005 from KPMG where he worked as an Audit Manager with a range of substantial domestic and international companies across a variety of sectors. Alan has gained significant international experience in Corporate Banking in both the AIB Dublin and Sydney Offices. Alan is a qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA) and holds an honours Business Degree.
